By accessing or purchasing from TKZ Wheels, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10%). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where a price has been listed incorrectly. You will be notified before any charge is made.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that wheels are compatible with their vehicle prior to purchase, including correct diameter, width, offset (ET), bolt pattern (PCD), and centre bore. TKZ Wheels is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect fitment.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TKZ Wheels' liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
