Frequently Asked Questions

A starting point for questions about ordering, fitment and support.

01

Ordering & Payment

How online orders, prices and payment work.

How do I pay for an online order?

Card payments are collected directly by Stripe when you place the order. You must be authorised to use the payment method. TKZ Wheels never sees or stores your full card number.

How is my order confirmed?

We communicate about your order by email. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it or dispatch it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you so you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.

02

Shipping

Delivery information for Australian orders.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. All TKZ Wheels orders include free shipping Australia-wide. See the Shipping page for estimated delivery timeframes.

Will I receive tracking, and is a signature required?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Signature on delivery is required for all wheel orders.

Are dispatch and delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Shipping is subject to stock availability, and lead times depend on stock availability. The delivery timeframes on our Shipping page are estimates that apply after dispatch.

03

Fitment

Checking suitability before purchase and installation.

How do I check wheel fitment for my car?

Check diameter, width, offset (ET), PCD, centre bore and brake clearance. Read the Fitment Guide or send your vehicle details through our enquiry form.

Can you help with fitment?

Yes. Send your vehicle's year, make, model and variant, current wheel and tyre details, and any brake or suspension modifications. We can discuss the information needed to assess a proposed fitment; if you rely on our fitment advice, consumer guarantees apply.

Who should install the wheels?

Use a qualified installer who can confirm the complete wheel and tyre combination and follow the vehicle and wheel manufacturer's fitting instructions. Resolve any uncertainty before installation.

04

Custom Forged

An enquiry-led program rather than an off-the-shelf collection.

What is the difference between flow formed and forged wheels?

Flow formed wheels start with a cast centre and a barrel spun and pressed by rollers; listed models are available to order online. Forged wheels are shaped from an aluminium billet under high pressure, then machined, and made to order through an enquiry. Read our Technology guide.

How does a custom Forged order work?

Start with an enquiry describing your vehicle and goals. We discuss fitment and specifications, then confirm the proposed specifications, lead time and any payment terms in writing before you commit. Production or ordering starts after written approval and the agreed terms are met.

Why are no Forged prices listed online?

Forged projects are discussed individually because the specification and requirements vary. Your written quote sets out the proposed project; an enquiry or a reference image is not a confirmed price or specification.

Can I cancel a custom order for change of mind?

Custom and special-order wheels are not refundable for change of mind once production or ordering starts. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. Read the Returns policy before committing.

05

Returns & Warranty

Our policies operate in addition to your consumer rights.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in their original packaging with accessories, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns only. Read the full Returns policy, including the custom-order conditions.

What warranty comes with TKZ Wheels products?

TKZ Wheels products come with a 2-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read the Warranty page for coverage, exclusions, how to claim and the costs covered for accepted claims.

What if an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described?

You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. We will arrange and pay for return shipping where the cost of returning the item is significant. Email info@tkzwheels.com or use the enquiry form with your order number and details; read the Returns and Warranty pages for the full policies. Nothing in this FAQ limits your Australian Consumer Law rights.
