Custom Forged program

Made to order

A made-to-order wheel program, starting with your vehicle and the specifications you need.

01

Custom forged wheels

A custom wheel project starts with a brief, not a product added to a cart. Forged wheels are shaped from an aluminium billet under pressure and then machined. A made-to-order specification gives room to discuss your vehicle, fitment and visual direction together.

  • A specification agreed with you

Custom does not mean every dimension or design is possible. Options depend on the proposed wheel and your vehicle's requirements. We discuss your enquiry and the proposed specification with you; the options and final details are confirmed per project.

What you can specify

The following details are discussed and confirmed per project. They are enquiry topics, not a promise that every option is available or suitable.

  • Diameter

Discuss the intended wheel diameter alongside tyre compatibility, brake clearance and the vehicle's requirements.

  • Width

Review front and rear widths with the intended tyres, body clearance and suspension setup.

  • Offset

Discuss the position of the mounting face and the resulting inner and outer clearances, rather than choosing appearance alone.

  • Bolt pattern and centre bore

Confirm the vehicle's mounting requirements, hub location and any appropriate fitting hardware.

  • Spoke design direction

Share reference images and the look you prefer. Spoke geometry remains subject to brake clearance and design requirements.

  • Finish and colour

Discuss your preferred colour and surface finish. Suitability and availability are confirmed for the proposed design.

  • Cap and branding details

Include any preferences for centre caps or branding in the brief. Available options are confirmed in writing per project.

03

Your custom wheel program

The process is enquiry-led. Proposed specifications, lead time and payment terms are confirmed in writing before you commit; no standard Forged prices or lead times are listed online.

  1. Enquiry with your vehicle and goals

Tell us what you drive, how you use it and the design direction you have in mind. Reference photos and current wheel details help define the brief.

  2. Fitment and specification review

We review the information supplied and discuss the proposed dimensions, mounting details and clearances. We will ask for any further vehicle measurements or installer advice needed to confirm fitment.

  3. Written quote

The written proposal sets out the agreed specifications, lead time and payment terms. Review it carefully and ask questions before committing.

  4. Production after written approval

Production or ordering starts only after you approve the project in writing and meet the agreed terms. Any later change requires discussion before acceptance.

  5. Delivery Australia-wide

Delivery arrangements and tracking are communicated for your order. Read our Shipping page for the delivery policy, including stock-dependent estimates and signature requirements.

04

What to send us

A detailed starting brief helps us ask the right fitment and design questions. If you do not know a measurement, say so rather than guessing.

  • Vehicle identity

Year, make, model and variant, including any relevant front and rear fitment differences.

  • Current wheel and tyre sizes

Include diameter, width, offset and tyre sizes if known, plus photographs of wheel markings where useful.

  • Brake and suspension modifications

Tell us about upgraded calipers, suspension changes or anything else affecting inner and outer clearance.

  • Desired look and reference photos

Share the spoke direction, finish and stance you are considering, with reference images if available.

  • Budget

Let us know your intended budget to guide the discussion. An enquiry is not a confirmed quote.

05

Before you approve

Custom or special-order wheels are not refundable for change of mind once production or ordering starts. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. Check the written specification carefully and read the Returns policy before committing.
