All TKZ Wheels products come with a 2-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our warranty covers:

• Structural defects from manufacturing
• Cracking or splitting under normal use
• Finish defects present at time of delivery

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage from road hazards, gutter strikes, or accidents
• Cosmetic damage from normal wear
• Damage resulting from incorrect fitment or misuse
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorised third parties

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, email info@tkzwheels.com within 2 years of delivery with your order number, photos and a description. Send claims to that email address. We assess the claim and, if accepted, repair or replace the wheel, or refund if repair or replacement is not possible. Warranty claims are assessed by TKZ Wheels.

Claim Costs

For accepted warranty claims, we cover reasonable costs of returning the wheel to us and sending a repaired or replacement wheel. If you have incurred reasonable expenses in making an accepted claim, email us with receipts and we will reimburse them.

The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws in relation to the goods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A copy of this warranty is supplied with your goods.
